The role of Senior Analyst – Performance & Analytics is pivotal in ensuring accurate data collection across digital properties, enabling robust analytics, personalization, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must be able to proactively communicate ideas and opportunities, as well as conduct in-depth analysis to support recommendations and insights. They are also responsible for executing data quality assurance based on rigorous protocols and require strong project management skills. This role requires the ability to independently troubleshoot and address quality control issues, generate reports, and merge/generate data sets for analysis. Preference for experience within the Adobe ecosystem of products.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an analytics SME, cultivating, and maintaining strategic client relationships to drive data-informed decision-making and accelerate business initiatives
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the client's industry landscape, competitive positioning, and key business drivers to proactively guide analytical strategy
  • Lead and advocate for process optimization and quality assurance initiatives to continuously elevate the client experience
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot analytical or data integrity issues, providing timely escalation and resolution strategies as needed
  • Drive sophisticated analyses using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other tools, delivering impactful insights across multi-channel digital ecosystems
  • Collaborate with the Optimization Team to identify strategic testing and personalization opportunities that enhance customer experience and performance outcomes
  • Partner with analytics, marketing, engineering, and product teams to define tagging requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Establish best practices, maintain documentation, and enforce governance standards for tag deployment and data integrity.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of tag implementations across browsers and devices using tools like Adobe AEP Debugger, Google Tag Assistant, Charles Proxy, and browser dev tools.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members and stakeholders on TMS capabilities and workflows

Education And Experience

  • Proficient in advanced web analytics platforms (Adobe AEP Tag, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.), with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics for end-to-end digital performance measurement
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics or marketing analytics
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and object-oriented programming
  • An understanding of the Adobe ecosystem (AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Target, AEM, Analytics)
  • Familiarity with privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms
  • Familiarity with APIs, iFrames, automation, server-side tagging, CDPs
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Comprehensive experience across the digital ecosystem, including web/mobile analytics, paid media, search, CRM analytics, and social performance measurement
  • Strong executive communication skills, capable of presenting complex data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with high accountability, initiative, and thought leadership
  • Must be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred
  • Adobe certified expert preferred
