SENIOR DATA ANALYST – CUSTOMER DATA PLATFORM (CDP)

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on CDP Senior Data Analyst with deep experience in Salesforce CDP (former Salesforce Data Cloud), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to support our Data Team in unlocking the full value of customer data.

You will play a key role in driving data-driven marketing, segmentation, personalization, and performance analytics across channels, ensuring alignment with privacy and compliance requirements.

We are expecting from this role somebody with a hybrid role to combine tech skills (CDP tagging, dashboard building, CDP data logic) with data sensitivity to discover marketing insights and deliver reports and analyses, especially for use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • CDP & Data Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day data operations of Salesforce CDP, ensuring accurate ingestion, transformation, and unification of customer data.
  • Oversee identity resolution logic and ensure proper customer profile creation.
  • Maintain data hygiene, deduplication rules, and enrichment processes.
  • Audience & Segmentation Strategy
  • Design and optimize audience segments for marketing and commercial use cases.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align segments with campaign objectives in SFMC.
  • Monitor segment performance and recommend improvements.
  • Use Case Delivery & Activation. Collaboration & Enablement.
  • Support activation of key customer journeys via SFMC (email, mobile, personalization MC).
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure smooth data flows across platforms.
  • Track performance of CDP-powered use cases (e.g., suppression, re-engagement, personalization).
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Account, IT, Legal, and other partners.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
  • CRM Funnel Analytics
  • Define, monitor and interpretate End-to-end relational metrics.
  • Define and implement unified measurement plan
  • Deliver actionable insights from customer behavior, lifecycle, and campaign data.
  • Synthesize data across multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations and tell a story with data
  • Build dashboards and reports using Salesforce, GA4, or other analytics tools.
  • Provide recommendations for improving campaign targeting, conversion, and retention.

  • Define the data logic in the CDP to activate the designed use cases. CDP & Data Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day data operations.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in CDP, customer data, analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CDP (Data Cloud), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization(MCP), Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer lifecycle, and CRM activation.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling and customer identity strategies.
  • Experience with data governance, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and consent management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign and use cases performance analysis and KPI reporting.

Preferred But Not Required

  • Familiarity with first-party data strategies, media activation, or journey orchestration.
  • Experience in industries like healthcare, wellness, pharma, or B2B (if applicable).
  • Certifications in Salesforce (CDP, SFMC) or other marketing technologies.
  • Media activations through CDP: lookalike, suppressions
