This position is part of the Marketing Operations team and will develop campaign schemes in a marketing automation platform to deliver marketing target lists.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Building campaigns and lead-nurturing programs
- Thinking creatively, design and run automation workflows
- Setting up and execute tasks associated with the client customer database to manipulate and extract targeting data
- Assisting with designing lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, customer research and automated communications programs
- Translating needs from marketing teammates into functional specifications for data extraction, email workflows, lead capture and campaign reporting
- Managing email lists, data file aggregation and uploads according to campaign requirements
- Implementing user profiling, scoring and measurement systems that lead to more effective communication and higher conversion
- The QA of campaign flowcharts and lists
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related degree
- HTML and CSS experience
- CRM and marketing automation experience
- Experience and working knowledge of SQL a plus
- List management (segmentation, reporting and maintenance)
- Technically savvy, comfortable with software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail, highly organized yet able to see the big picture
