We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead global SAP strategy and operations within a large, complex high-tech manufacturing environment. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for SAP systems across a global organization and will play a critical part in enabling business performance, operational excellence and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global SAP strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed SAP organization
- Drive a full-scale migration from legacy SAP environments to S/4HANA, ensuring business continuity and delivery against agreed timelines
- Partner closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and IT to align SAP capabilities with operational and strategic needs
- Establish robust governance, security, and compliance standards across all SAP platforms
- Oversee vendor relationships, system integrators, and external partners, including contract negotiation and performance management
- Own SAP budget planning, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Identify opportunities for automation, process harmonization, and continuous improvement
- 10 years of SAP leadership experience, including global program oversight
- Proven track record leading large-scale S/4HANA transformation initiatives
- Deep functional knowledge across core SAP modules (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, HR)
- Experience within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or other high-tech industries
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated success managing global teams, budgets, and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to relocate to NW United States for this leadership assignment
