Key Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years' experience within the construction industry.
- 3 years' experience in cost control on major capital projects.
- Strong understanding of project financial processes and cost management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, PMIS platforms, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
