Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 10 years' experience within semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities, ideally in 300mm environments.
- Strong knowledge of tool installation, cleanroom operations, and manufacturing equipment integration.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale capital projects and working across global teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Principal-level role with global influence and executive visibility.
