This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the sound management of a large commercial loan portfolio valued between $50MM and $100MM. The position requires a strategic and consultative approach to client engagement, financial performance, and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial loans and relationships, ensuring credit quality, compliance, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, and community involvement. Build a strong network of external and internal partners to drive business growth.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the relationship executive for assigned clients, providing expert financial guidance tailored to their business needs and lifecycle. Promote relevant financial products and services that align with client goals.Credit Analysis and Structuring: Conduct advanced financial analysis, underwriting, and structuring of complex commercial credit transactions.
