Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Hire, train, and develop branch employees to foster a high-performance team.
- Set individual and team performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive the growth of the branch by actively promoting home loan products and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the local community.
- Cultivate relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor loan application processes and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and changes in regulations affecting home loans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage or home loan industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, home loan processes, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients and business partners.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of local and national real estate markets.
