- Precision machined components for automotive and industrial customers
- CNC turning, rotary transfer machining, and other precision machining technologies
- Process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Capital equipment and manufacturing automation projects
- New product launches and manufacturing process development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and collaborating closely with production personnel.
- Experience supporting CNC machining, precision machining, metal cutting, or automotive manufacturing environments preferred.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and problem-solving methodologies
- Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma experience is a plus
