Your New Role
- Work from the Hickory, Kentucky office while managing a national customer portfolio
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, and other industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts
- Provide product information and recommend water heater solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain regular communication with customers to support long-term business relationships
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and a positive customer experience
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

Job requirements
- 3 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, water heater sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to manage customer accounts and sales activities independently
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of tank or tankless water heater systems is preferred
- Existing relationships within the plumbing or HVAC industry are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
