- Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 2:30pm
- Tuesday 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 2:30pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 2:30pm
- Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 2:30pm
- Assist, and supervise activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist and supervise with community volunteer work
- Assist and supervise with socialization
- Assist and supervise with community living
- Other duties as assigned to Direct Support Worker
- Must be 16 years old
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
