CDS Program Specialist
Promote and explain CDS programs to clients, families, and county personnel.
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery while maintaining a customer-focused culture.
Stay current on legislative and regulatory changes affecting CDS programs.
Input budgets, process payroll and reimbursements, and track spending.
Assist with onboarding new employees and processing employment documentation.
Collaborate with counties, DHS, and other providers to develop best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
### Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree 3 years of related human services experience, OR
High school diploma 6 years of related human services experience
Skills & Requirements
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service and independent decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel throughout Minnesota
Must pass a MN Department of Human Services background check
