Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting and Insights
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and tools to track pricing performance, compliance metrics, and profitability trends.
- Present analytical findings and insights to management, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular compliance summaries and exception reports to highlight areas of concern or potential efficiency gains.
- Develop and publish company-wide data analysis tools using data platforms such as PowerBi BI and Snowflake.
- Analyze customer pricing and contract data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and validate pricing accuracy across contracts and systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
- Evaluate the impact of market fluctuations and cost changes on pricing structures, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements to streamline pricing compliance and contract review operations.
- Participate in the development and rollout of tools, templates, and automation that increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that align pricing and profit strategies with broader business goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a time-sensitive environment, with experience in data analysis and business analytics preferred.
- Proficiency with SQL or Python coding languages. Java, C# , or C will be taken into consideration
- Competency in PowerBI reporting and creating PowerBI reports utilizing the company's Semantic Model
- Strong analytical and abstract reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret data, create interactive visualizations, and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams while explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
- Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and respond to inquiries.
