Quality Technician

Primary Job Duties:
- Complete designated inspections and record results in a timely manner
- Prepare and process non-conforming material reports
- Operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS
- Support production personnel quality questions and initiatives
- Participate in the calibration program
- Verify daily maintenance and 5S standards
- Communicate work status
- Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies
- Maintain acceptable attendance
- Any specifically assigned task
- Must be able to communicate and convey information to others
- Must be able to use and select tools. gauges, and work aids to perform task
- Must be able to prioritize work duties to reflect frequent changes, delays, and/or unexpected events during the work shift
- Must be able to precisely verify operator and machine performance against production documentation and customer specifications
- Must be able to make decisions using the principles of logic in a timely manner
- Excellent Math skills up to and including Statistics
- Ability to prepare basic communication and reports
- Advanced blueprint reading
- Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Ability to use calibration tooling
- Microsoft office software
- Experience with machining or AS9100 is a plus
- CMM programming knowledge is a plus
- Oasis programming knowledge is a plus
- Working knowledge of Discus is a plus
- Lifting up to 50lbs, including bending, twisting, crouching, etc
- Must be able to work with oils/coolants
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment
- Must be able to frequently stand or walk for long periods of time
