Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and preventive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to resolve challenges and deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience: 7 years in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution leadership
- Proven success in operational excellence, team development, and KPI management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (JDE preferred), WMS, and Microsoft Office
- Expertise in Lean tools, structured problem-solving, and compliance-driven environments
