Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on snow plows, blowers, and other winter equipment
- Service and repair landscape and lawn equipment, including mowers and small engines, during non-snow seasons
- Conduct basic to intermediate skid steer, truck maintenance and repairs, such as fluid checks, servicing, and electrical troubleshooting
- Assist with seasonal equipment changeovers and preparations
- At least 3 years of experience in medium to heavy truck maintenance and small engine repair and maintenance, preferably with snow plows and similar winter equipment.
- Experience with landscape and lawn equipment repair
- Experience in truck maintenance, repairs, servicing, fluid checks, electrical systems, and accessory installations
- Strong mechanical aptitude, including small engines, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems
- Flexible, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
