Duties
- Engage with residents door-to-door to present our products and services confidently and professionally
- Conduct warm calling and outbound outreach to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Negotiate terms with prospective customers to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and objections with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or direct sales environments is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory
