Our fast-growing fireplace distribution company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive new business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a field-based sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of fireplace products, services, and pricing
- Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and field visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and decision-makers
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Track leads, manage pipeline, and follow up consistently with prospects
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Meet regularly with Sales Management to review performance and strategy
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fireplace sales experience with a proven track record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
