As a Design Consultant for Mr. Rogers Windows you can:

As a Design Consultant you will:
- Conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners in the greater Hampton Roads area of Southeastern Virginia and North Eastern North Carolina
- Use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacements products
- Have industry leading product samples, technology and support to assist you in closing the sale
- Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads
Qualifications :
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed
- Previous sales experience
- Comfortable with recorded sales appointments for training and quality assurance purposes
- Home Improvement or In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
- Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends
- Strong focus on exceeding customers’ expectations
- Comfortable working on straight commission
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
