Duties

• Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Maintain a tidy work area by cleaning workstations regularly and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs.

Requirements

• Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or catering operations will be advantageous.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques are a plus.
• Ability to follow safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation practices diligently.
