Retail Sales CLERK
Must be 21 or over. Must be available holidays we are open every holiday.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and services to increase sales
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with their purchases, and promoting the products and services offered by our store.
