Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using construction plumbing techniques and hand tools.
• Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
• Conduct pipe threading, cutting, and fitting to meet project specifications on construction sites.
• Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, piping, and related components.
• Operate heavy lifting equipment and drive commercial vehicles.
• Follow safety protocols on construction site.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing practices and schematic reading.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, welding, and assembly techniques.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
• Familiarity with carpentry principles relevant to plumbing installations.
• Valid commercial driver’s license for transportation needs.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
