Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: South Bend and Elkhart Area
Responsibilities:
- Embrace our commitment to care by providing high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial.
- Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Able to use iPad to keep records of your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every step.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential/commercial maintenance or a related field desired.
- A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
- A valid driver's license.
