5 years in a professional auto repair facility (engine repair and drivability diagnostic experience especially valuable)
Solid diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently
Michigan certifications required and ASE certifications are a plus (we'll help you get more)
A clean driving record and a strong work ethic
Pride in doing things right the first time - no shortcuts, no comebacks
A positive, team-first attitude with no taste for drama or politics
Willingness to learn, grow, and take advantage of paid training opportunities
