Role Overview:

  • Lead Management & Scheduling: Handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Customer Relations: Assist customers through their projects, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Operational Coordination: Oversee daily schedules for service professionals to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
  • Customer Loyalty: Use our proven Mr. Handyman Way to consistently deliver experiences that impress and create lifelong customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Location: Must reside within the South Bend area.
  • Experience: At least 6 years in an office environment with significant phone and computer usage.
