- Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals. Most scheduling will be done via estimates sold by the project manager.
- Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to guide them through the lead to sold process.
- Create Life-Long Customers –The team delivers attentive service to our clients. We tell clients exactly what we can do and cannot do for them. We earn their trust.
