Responsibilities For a Carpenter Handyman
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical.
- Diagnose issues on-site and recommend effective repair solutions.
- Complete work efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and office staff.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Manage tools, materials, and company equipment responsibly.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- 10 experience as a handyman, service technician, or multi-skilled trades professional.
- Strong working knowledge of common residential and commercial repair methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ownership of professional-grade tools appropriate for a variety of jobs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work at heights or overhead as required.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level).
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
