- Visit local businesses throughout Hendersonville, Nashville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Madison, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, and surrounding communities.
- Introduce Mr. Handyman and Mr. Rooter Plumbing to potential commercial customers.
- Build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, maintenance directors, apartment communities, restaurants, retail locations, churches, schools, healthcare facilities, and other organizations.
- Identify businesses that need ongoing handyman, maintenance, repair, or plumbing services.
- Schedule meetings, property walkthroughs, estimates, and introductory appointments for our operations and estimating teams.
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Develop relationships with commercial referral partners, including real estate agents, insurance professionals, restoration companies, contractors, and property management firms.
- Attend local networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and community events.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Work with the marketing and operations teams to develop commercial service programs and maintenance agreements.
- Follow up after completed jobs to make sure customers are satisfied and identify additional service opportunities.
- Help turn one-time commercial projects into ongoing customer relationships.
