Future Opening: Remodeler Carpenter Handyman

As a versatile Remodeler/Handyman/Carpenter, we are looking for individuals that take great pride in their work. We are in the business of providing amazing customer experiences to our clients and you would be a key component to that team.  Applicants should be self-motivated, thrive in fast-moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively to meet deadlines.  They should also have exceptional communication skills and and a true passion for working with customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Complete small to medium residential and light commercial repairs, maintenance, remodeling and property improvement projects
• Communicate effectively with customers about scopes of work and give accurate time and material cost estimates when needed
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of commonly used items.  Maintain necessary tools and accessories
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Recommend other noticeable home improvement projects that could be done for customers while onsite saving them time and money

Job Requirements:

• Strong carpentry background with 10 years of paid experience in home repairs, remodeling and maintenance
• Know how to accurately estimate time and materials to complete small to medium sized jobs
• Own professional hand tools, power tools and small field equipment
• Proficiency to navigate smart phones and tablet-based technology
• Ability to listen, trouble shoot and problem-solve with clients to give them exactly or better results than they expected
