Carpenter Handyman Remodeler Multi Skilled

Established & growing home improvement and repair company looking to hire reliable full-time carpenters, remodelers, handymen and general repair technicians to perform professional home and commercial maintenance,  repair and improvement work.  Must be organized and show proficient use of time management.

Knowledge of residential and commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, etc. Proficient at trim work, door installations, deck repairs, light electrical, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, set cabinets, light electrical, light plumbing and kitchen & bath work, etc.  Ability to confidently and accurately estimate labor and material costs for repair sales and change orders.  Multiple trade knowledge, confidence, experience and personable attributes are absolutely necessary.  

* Must have 5-7 years minimum experience or military equivalent. 
* Must be a highly organized self-starter with clear communication skills.
* Must have own professional tools and transportation.
* Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record to operate company vehicle
* Must have a professional and positive attitude, work efficient alone and well as with others.
* Must maintain a clean jobsite, take job photographs and keep accurate notes and receipts.
* Must be able to work an occasional Saturday and evening.

Year round work residential and commercial.  Paid vacation after 1 full year of employment.
