Mr. Greens Produce is hiring a Sales Representative for Naples FL.
Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
- Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
- Submits activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Stay up to date on trends by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the management team.
- Attend and participate in sales and district meetings.
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms.
- Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (out-of-stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.).
- Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special-order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data.
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions, and filing reports.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements
- 2 years of outside business-to-business sales experience in the Food Produce Industry.
- High school diploma required;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Basic pc skills, proficiency in Excel, experience with MS Outlook.
- Must pass pre-employment Background and Drug screen testing.
- Must live in St Petersburg area.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
