With deliveries 365 days a year, 7-days a week, and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves many clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the receipt of all inbound deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining quality control. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with drivers and buyers.
Accountabilities
- Check-in all inbound delivery trucks.
- Print inbound receiving forms and labels.
- Print special order customer labels and provide them to the warehouse for tagging.
- Direct drivers to the receiving team in the warehouse for product unloading and quality checks.
- Receive products into our system (Thyme) based on the paperwork filled out by the receiving team.
- Review vendor passings, adjust the PO’s accordingly; and communicate any discrepancies to the buyers.
- Note any product quality issues in POs and flag and tag files and provide them to the buyers for later settlement.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (especially Thyme).

- This position works in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
- Individual sits for long periods of time while operating a keyboard and communicating via telephone.
- May involve standing/walking as needed primarily on a level surface throughout the day.
- May include lifting things up to 60 pounds, on occasion.
