We Are Seeking a Custodian/ Sanitation
Overview:
Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of a building and surrounding areas
- Sanitizing restrooms facilities
- Sanitizing offices facilities
- Collecting Trash and taken to dumpsters area/recycling
- Clean floors, walls, racks, ceiling at high altitudes
- Changing air filters and cleaning vents
- Clean around refrigeration units at high altitudes
- Dusting all surfaces
- Washing windows
- Clean spills caused by food or beverages
- They also complete outdoor chores
- Handle minor repairs related to general building maintenance, changing light bulbs at high altitudes, changing curtains, changing or repair door knobs, painting, put handles on the walls
- Maintain records of activities performed on the facilities
- Report to the manager
- Follows written and verbal instructions from the managers
- Time-management and multitasking abilities
- Use cleaning products (chemicals)
- Organization skills
- Sweep and mop floors
Requirements:
- Ability to be on their feet for long hours and work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 33 to 55 degrees
- Available to work on weekends.
