- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the shopping experience and encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains visually appealing.
- Manage stock levels by participating in inventory counts and replenishing items as needed to maintain product availability.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times.
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
