We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and heating systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Perform necessary repairs on appliances related to HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on-site.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems.
- Proficiency in servicing air conditioning units and boilers.
- Experience as a service technician in the field of HVAC or property maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
