Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hard working Technician to join our veteran owned team. The ideal candidate would be someone who’s polite and loves working outside. The work we do at Mr Fig’s PW is top notch and our customers keep calling us back because we do our best every time! We focus on attention to detail and delivering high-quality service.
This role is essential for ensuring we continue smooth operations and grow our small veteran owned business. Since 2020 our mission has been to provide excellent service and look good doing it!
We provide company polos upon completion of on the job training.
Duties
- Operate our pressure washing system to wash and remove stains from outdoor surfaces at residential and commercial job sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct general inspection of exterior surfaces on home upon arriving to job site to identify potential problem areas.
- Maintain accurate records of working hours, maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and communications.
- Provide technical support to staff and assist in training new employees on equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and technologies relevant to the industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
