Job Description
We are seeking an experienced or motivated entry-level Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. You will travel to residential and commercial properties to perform professional HVAC and air duct system cleanings. As the face of Mr. Duct Cleaner, you must maintain a professional appearance, deliver outstanding customer service, and be punctual.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC duct cleaning services using specialized equipment (including Rotobrush) to remove dust, mold, and debris.
- Conduct visual inspections and clearly explain the cleaning process to customers.
- Take before-and-after photos to document work and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service while following NADCA code of ethics and Mr. Duct Cleaner standards.
- Use Housecall Pro and other company software for job management.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members (1–6 person crews).
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and all safety protocols.
- Handle business communications (phone, text, email).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to climb a 20’ ladder and lift at least 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to complete company-provided training.
