What are the responsibilities and job description for the Air Duct Cleaning Technician position at Mr. Duct Cleaner Waco?
The Mr. Duct Cleaner Technician is the face of Mr. Duct Cleaner to the customer. As such, we expect their appearance and performance to be professional and provide extraordinary customer service while performing HVAC and air duct system cleaning. We expect the technician to be punctual.
- Performs all Mr. Duct Cleaner services
- Performs HVAC system cleaning services
- Knowledge of Housecall Pro and any other software used to manage and deliver Mr. Duct Cleaner services
- Builds positive customer relationships and communicates effectively
- Competent in handling all HVAC system cleaning equipment and supplies
- Knowledge of, and applies all safety rules and standards
- Knowledge of, and applies Mr. Duct Cleaner cleaning standards
- Answering/texting with a phone
- Responding to business communications via email and other media
- Works on a team 1 – 6 crew members
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Capable of climbing a 20’ ladder
- Capable of lifting at least 60 lbs.
- Driver’s license
- Pass a background check
