Job Purpose:
The Car Wash Associate - Sales Specialist - Full Service at Mr. Clean Car Wash is a key team member responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales. In this role, you’ll be trained in lot attendant, loader, basic exterior finishing, introductory detailing, and sales to help you understand and confidently sell our full range of services. Your primary focus is on engaging guests, promoting membership, upselling services, and supporting the team during busy periods. This role combines hands-on support with a sales-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Explain services, promotions, and membership options in a clear and friendly manner
- Help guests choose the best services for their vehicle based on their needs
- Assist with vehicle loading and safety as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the lot, lobby, and customer areas
- Support the team in other car wash areas as needed
- Uphold Mr. Clean Car Wash brand standards and safety procedures
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Perform basic exterior finishing duties to support service understanding
- Learn and apply basic detail knowledge to communicate service benefits
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to remain on your feet throughout the entire shift
- Physically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within multiple roles
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
