Job Overview
This is a hands-on barista and customer-service position. Previous barista or food-service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
As an Uncle Fluffy Barista, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards
- Operating and maintaining commercial espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and confidently
- Following exact recipes, measurements, and presentation standards to ensure every drink is consistent
- Taking customer orders accurately, processing payments, and operating the point-of-sale system
- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Answering questions about our Japanese-style cheesecakes, beverages, flavors, promotions, and rewards program
Required Experience and Skills
Applicants must be dependable, friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred.
