Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site evaluations of properties to assess the scope of work for pressure washing and painting projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for pressure washing and painting services, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to recommend appropriate pressure washing and painting techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability for materials and services.
- Create comprehensive project proposals and presentations for clients, outlining project timelines, costs, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the estimation process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure that projects are executed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Keep up to date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in pressure washing and painting techniques and materials.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A valid Virginia driver’s license is required, and a clean, insurable driving record for 5 years is required.
- Previous experience in estimating for pressure washing and painting projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pressure washing and painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately assess project requirements and costs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Reliable transportation.
