CDL/VAC Truck

MPS Group, Inc., is seeking a CDL/VAC Truck Operator to join our team at the Cleveland-Cliffs facility located in Middletown, OH. This individual is responsible for loading and unloading equipment, setting up and breaking down job-specific equipment such as various sizes of industrial vacuum hoses and hydro-blasting hoses, and supporting all systems and processes required to complete work in an industrial environment.

Shift Details

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 6:15 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities And Job Duties

• Set up and operate industrial vacuum trucks, including lifting, carrying, and pulling hoses weighing up to 100 lbs., climbing on equipment up to 12 feet high, and performing minor maintenance.
• Perform high‑pressure cleaning operations, including climbing on and off equipment to safely set up and dismantle hoses and tools.
• Review all waste‑related documentation prior to transport to ensure accuracy and completeness, including manifests, bills of lading, and land disposal restriction forms; ensure proper placarding.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Perform additional manual labor duties within industrial settings as assigned.
  
  

Requirements And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months CDL driving experience.
• A valid Class A or B CDL license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test and physical.
  
  

Preferred

• OSHA 10 Certification.
