MPS Auto Sales is seeking a Vehicle Reconditioning Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) with proven experience in the automotive industry. This professional will be fully responsible for the entire reconditioning process, from the initial inspection to the final approval before the vehicle is posted for sale.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong technical judgment, operational leadership, verifiable experience, and the ability to supervise outside shops, maintain high quality standards, and manage multiple vehicles in weekly rotation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform advanced technical inspections (exterior, interior, mechanical, and basic road testing).
- Diagnose basic-to-moderate issues: modules, sensors, leaks, noises, electrical problems.
- Determine repair priorities and estimate repair costs.
- Create and execute the full reconditioning plan: mechanical, suspension, electrical, upholstery, and body shop.
- Transport vehicles to external shops and supervise the quality of all completed work.
- Approve or reject services based on MPS Auto Sales quality standards.
- Perform final quality control and ensure each vehicle is fully ready for photos, video, and sale.
- Document checklist details, repairs, findings, and status updates for each vehicle (20–40 vehicles in rotation).

- Must be BILINGUAL (English & Spanish).
- Verifiable automotive industry experience (minimum 2–5 years).
- Strong knowledge of used vehicles and reconditioning processes.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to make technical decisions and supervise third-party shops.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing several vehicles at once.
