Job Title :Vertica to SingleStore Migration(Technical Lead )

Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive end-to-end migration from Vertica to SingleStore. The role involves leading data migration strategy, data modeling, performance tuning, and ensuring production stability while acting as the key onsite liaison between stakeholders and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Vertica to SingleStore migration and modernization initiatives
Design data models (rowstore/columnstore) and optimize performance
Handle SQL tuning, sharding, and distribution strategies
Collaborate with business and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with SingleStore and MPP databases
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization
Experience with Vertica or similar data warehouse migrations
Knowledge of Spark (Scala/Python)
Strong leadership and client-facing communication skillsAI/ML Engineer (Healthcare) – 3–7 Years
