Overview: We are hiring experienced Solar Sales Representatives for a full-cycle, sales role covering the Bronx and Brooklyn.This role is built for confident sales professionals who can generate their own leads, run in-home consultations, and close deals independently.With base pay plus uncapped commission, strong reps consistently earn $2,500–$4,000 per week, with $160,000 in first-year earning potential.At Mpower, you’ll be part of a supportive, team-driven environment with hands-on mentorship, leadership support, and technology designed to help you move faster, generate proposals efficiently, and close more deals.
Responsibilities
Compensation:- $800 weekly base salary
- $300 per KW commission
- $50 per KW leadership override
- $50 per KW vesting
- $500 monthly vehicle stipend
- Additional performance bonuses
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 annually plus vesting opportunities
- Generate your own leads through direct outreach
- Run in-home solar consultations
- Educate homeowners and present customized solar solutions
- Build rapport and guide customers through the decision-making process
- Handle objections confidently and effectively
- Manage follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Close deals consistently and drive revenue
- 1 years of solar sales experience
- Proven ability to run the full sales cycle independently
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face daily
- Highly motivated and performance-driven
Qualifications
Requirements:- Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable with fieldwork and daily lead generation
