What You’ll Do
- Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
- Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face
- Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
- Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
- Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
- Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship
- Weekly pay
- Uncapped commission structure
- Average reps earn $1,200-$1,500/week
- Top performers earn $2,000-$4,000 /week
- Fast promotion opportunities in as little as 30-90 days based on performance
- Paid training and ongoing mentorship
