• Engage with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy options and cost savings.
• Represent Mpower Direct at a local level and promote clean energy programs.
• Use a consultative approach to guide customers through a simple and transparent enrollment process.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and teammates.
• Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected Annual Earnings: $36,000–$58,000  (Top performers earn much more)
