Responsibilities:

Program Lead & Delivery:

• Partner and collaborate with bank stakeholders to align on schedules, requirements, and change requests.
• Ensure delivery readiness by securing and deploying the right talent for each program in scope.
• Track staffing progress, manage escalations, and drive timely resolution of open items.
• Participate with the migration team in status calls and planning sessions.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with bank stakeholders and other migration program leads.

Team Management:

• Lead a multi-location migration team, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Ensure an appropriate talent mix based on program requirements across roles, including migration specialists, leads, MIS, and testers.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and assist with capacity planning for the migration team.
• Foster a culture focused on quality, ownership, and responsiveness within the team.
• Establish framework for team engagement and development. (team meetings, 1:1s, etc.)
• Oversee Delivery Teams in Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, Singapore and India

Governance & Operational Excellence:

• Run structured governance routines with Team Leaders to:
• Identify process gaps
• Drive continuous improvements
• Provide feedback to migrations team
• Standardize migration playbooks to ensure scalable and high-quality delivery. (Team readiness)
• Collaborate with migrations leadership to explore automation and tooling opportunities to enhance speed, accuracy, and reporting.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven track record in program/project management within the banking or financial services
• Experienced people leader with client and employee focus.
• Proven governance, risk management, and execution discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with migration planning, client service, UAT, readiness, and cutover.
• Adaptable, proactive, and strong in ownership and risk management.
