Job Title: Delivery Module Lead Designation: Delivery Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Module Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of software projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong Java knowledge and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities and a deep understanding of software development processes.

• Lead and manage the delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.


• Utilize strong Java knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.


• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.


• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.


• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and methodologies.


• Mentor and support team members in their professional development.


• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the delivery framework.

• Strong proficiency in Java programming and related technologies.


• Proven experience in project management methodologies and frameworks.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.


• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.


• Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies.


• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.


• Experience in stakeholder management and client interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.


• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results.
