Job Summary
Mphasis is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects and services across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong delivery management expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage stakeholder expectations and drive consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Lead delivery planning sessions to define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans covering schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor delivery progress, performance metrics, and service levels; take corrective actions to address gaps or delays.
- Facilitate regular delivery and governance meetings to provide status updates, manage risks, and resolve issues.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage delivery risks and issues, implementing mitigation and escalation strategies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and organizational best practices.
- Prepare and present delivery status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a high-performance team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of delivery management and project management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with project planning, delivery tracking, and scheduling tools.

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
